As always, the Straw Hat Pirates will be the focus of the film and it is likely that all the action at the music festival will unfold somewhere. While on the surface, this looks like Uta is working on something outrageous, it could also mean that she is giving her life for some reason, which Shanks obviously wouldn’t like. It seems that the goal of the Straw Hat Pirates is to stop everything Ota is planning to do.
Uta’s role in the movie might be a bit hostile, however, and she’s clearly not the main antagonist of the story. On her movie poster, a quote from her reads “Luffy, I want you to stop being a pirate,” suggesting that Ota is, somehow, against Luffy fulfilling Shanks’ promise. In fact, during the main battle, Luffy didn’t even have his iconic straw hat, meaning Uta could have taken it from her because it belonged to her father. Perhaps Ota is envious of the fact that Shanks chose Luffy to find One Piece and not her, or perhaps she is being manipulated by someone with evil intentions, which leads us to Gordon.
