In this day and age, censoring is —-ing stupid. See, that looks terrible. So does pixelcock. With how massively spread porn/furry stuff is now/anime/etc the reasons and the law behind this sort of thing is woefully antiquated. I know personally, I am turning away from hentai/ecchi because of the pixel/censor bar/whiteout/barbie doll effect in so much of it. If only an American animation studio had the balls to do porn in some kind of syndicated format that isn’t just something thrown on newgrounds.
