Give a penis on CAS to your sims most of the times is not very practical, because with the use of WW the meshes of the outfits are removed during the sex animations. So, the recommendable is select the penises on the game with the Body Selector. With exception of the tattoo swatches for the penis that need to be assigned on CAS.
