The Near Hentai Monthly Lady for October 2017 is Palm Siberia, and I couldn’t be happier. Not only does she fit into this spooky month quite well, she’s also a character I’ve been dying to draw for some time. I first saw her when working on , and immediately fell in love. There’s something about her I can’t explain, but I really dig her and would like to draw her again some time. In fact, I’ve already begun looking into possibly doing a Palm/Biscuit yuri piece.
