In this chapter, Peter is invited to dinner by Isabella, the Ice Queen Librarian, but the event ends in embarrassment after our hero turns up inebriated after another obligatory DIK ritual – which, however, still nets him a night at Isabella’s place and a surprise goodnight kiss. The next day, things turn out to be going much better with Sage, when an innocent guitar lesson quickly escalates into lots of fleshy pleasure. But this moment of bliss is interrupted, too, by the coming of the greatest test of endurance a wannabe DIK may experience – Hell Week!
