The therapists can also allow certain requested conditions to make situations more authentic, such as "not remembering how she got there", or "sleeping and paralyzed".

This organism is currently her only client with weekly sessions due to the consistently high satisfaction and physical demand on the therapist’s body.
The continued sessions also suggest that the organism is also satisfied with her.
